This Nakiri knife has a unique & beautiful textured Damascus blade. They feature a hand sharpened and hand honed high carbon blade core that is clad on both sides by a 33-layer Damascus stainless steel (50/50 symmetrically ground double beveled edge).
High Quality
The 7 inch blade , the thickness is about 2.2 mm.The use 67 layered composite steel with high carbon content steel core make HRC (hardness) up to 60. The knife are suitable to cutting any meat,fish,vegetables and fruits, but not for chop bones. It has high hardness and wear resistance.
